Jenny Chu writes from Dallas, Texas and is (currently) a junior in high school.  A two-time YoungArts winner in Writing/Poetry, she is also a Scholastic Art & Writing Awards national gold and silver medalist, a Texas Young Master, a winner of the Guernsey International Poetry Competition, and a finalist for NSPA’s Creative Writing Story of the Year, among other honors. She has studied at the Iowa Young Writers’ Studio, the Adroit Journal Summer Mentorship, and the Sewanee Young Writers’ Conference, and her work appears in over 30 literary publications in print and online, such as Pithead Chapel, Gone Lawn, The Shore, the Temz Review, and others. She is co-EIC of ELLIE (though undercover as LIE for ELLIE) and Rosetta Literary, reads for Okay Donkey, and really loves
Swedish Fish!
